We understand that plans can change. This policy explains how cancellations and refunds work for travel packages booked with Malaysia. The schedule below applies unless a specific package states different terms.
1. Cancellation by you
To cancel, notify us in writing. Refunds are calculated on the total package value based on how many days before departure we receive your request:

| 7 – 14 days | 25% refund |

2. Cancellation by us
If we must cancel a trip due to circumstances within our control, you may choose a full refund or an alternative trip of equal value. We are not liable for incidental costs such as visa fees or airfare booked separately.
3. Refund process & timeline
Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–14 business days of confirmation. Bank or gateway processing times may add a few additional days.
4. No-show
Failure to arrive for a booked service, or arriving without the required documents, is treated as a cancellation with no refund.
5. Amendments
Date changes or modifications, where possible, may incur supplier charges plus an amendment fee. We will confirm any costs before proceeding.
6. Force majeure
For cancellations caused by events beyond our control (natural disasters, government restrictions, pandemics, etc.), we will pass on any recoverable amounts from suppliers, but standard refund timelines may not apply.
